Due to language barriers the order was confusing as to what I was actuating receiving but they were able to quickly make it right. A month after payment, the order was built and loaded. Shipping took about 20 days and was delivered directly to my driveway.

Following complaints and defects on the device: The mowing machine didn't work at all when it was delivered. The remote control shows heavy signs of wear and the programming was incomplete. The height adjustment can be adjusted by a maximum of 45 millimeters, 120 millimeters is specified in the operating instructions. This is why the mower deck drags on the ground when there are small bumps. Missing accessories will not be delivered free of charge. The documentation is missing or inadequate. An electrical circuit diagram, a complete spare parts list with part numbers, and an exploded drawing are missing. The manufacturer refuses any cooperation and does not accept any legitimate complaints. So many E-mails are not answered. A lawyer was called in.
